At Taobliss, we are committed to providing you with premium sensory wellness products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns Window
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
2. Hygiene & Safety Restriction (Important)
Due to the medical and hygiene nature of the BE011 Ear Irrigator and its accessories, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or had the protective seal broken, unless the product is determined to be defective upon arrival. This is to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@taobliss.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Return Process
To start a return, please email our support team at support@taobliss.com.
- If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items (unless the item is defective). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (PayPal).
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's or PayPal's policies.
