If your country is not listed at checkout, it means we currently do not offer shipping to that location due to logistics constraints.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Taobliss is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us at support@taobliss.com with photos of the packaging and the damaged items. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.
